Ballet is the foundation for all dance forms. It allows the student to progress quickly in all forms of dance. It is also great exercise for the adult who wants to incorporate exercise with dance.

Pointe

Pointe is offered after the student takes years of ballet training and is an advanced continuation of ballet. It requires special shoes to allow the dancer to dance on the tips of their toes.

1 1/2 Hour Pointe Classes

Tap

8 years - adult

Tap is popular with many students. Outside of the studio, tap has been known to help children with math sequencing and memorization as the dances and different steps require a lot of both. Teaching rhythm has also been of great benefit in helping students excel in certain sports that require quick-thinking and footwork. It's a great class and a lot of fun!

Jazz

8 years - adult

Jazz is a combination of ballet and popular dance. The students like the choice of music used in these classes. A nice class to get students interested and involved in dance. It improves flexibility and technique.

Lyrical

8 years - adult

Lyrical is a blend of freestyle ballet and jazz. It allows the dance to express a wide range of emotions.

Acrobatics

5 years - adult

Acrobatics is the floor portion of gymnastics. It establishes balance, flexibility, and strength.
